(例文）
Jenny：Have you gotten your hands on that new racing game I was telling you about yet?
Tom：No, every store is sold out. I couldn't find it anywhere.
Jenny：I think the hype has started to die down a bit.
Tom：Yeah, I'll check the stores again this week. How is it anyway?
Jenny：Mmm, actually it didn't really live up to my expectations.
Tom：Oh really? Maybe I won't bother then.
Jenny：Why don't I just lend you mine and you can give it a test run to see if you want to buy it.
Tom：That'd be great. Thanks.

（和訳）
Jenny：この間話をしていたあの新しいレーシングのゲームを手に入れた？
Tom：まだだよ。どのお店も売り切れでさ。どこでもみつけられなかったんだ。
Jenny：過剰な宣伝も少し落ち着いてくると思うよ。
Tom：そうだね。今週また店を見てみるよ。ところで君はやってみたの？
Jenny：うーん、実は私の期待していた通りではなかったみたい。
Tom：そうなんだ? 多分、僕は大丈夫だと思うけど。
Jenny：私のゲームを貸してあげるから試してみて、それで買うかどうかを決めれば？
Tom：それは良いね、ありがとう。
