　パークホテル東京（運営：株式会社芝パークホテル／東京都港区、代表取締役社長 田中紀良）は、25階「アートカラーズダイニング」にて、夏限定のアフタヌーンティー「Art Colours Afternoon Tea ～彩りが語る、午後の小さなギャラリー～」を提供いたします。

夏の果実と色彩が織りなす「Art Colours Afternoon Tea」。

　本アフタヌーンティーは、メロン、マンゴーなど、夏に旬を迎える果実を主役に、瑞々しい味わいと色彩の美しさを表現した、季節限定のティーセットです。アートに囲まれた空間で、パティシエの感性と技が息づくスイーツやセイボリーを味わいながら、ゆったりとした午後のひとときをお過ごしいただけます。
　今回のメニューでは、新たな試みとしてカヌレをアフタヌーンティーに取り入れました。焼き加減を何度も研究し、外側は香ばしくガリッと、中はしっとりとしたカヌレ特有の食感を追求。そこに爽やかな酸味のシトロンクリームを添えることで、夏にふさわしい軽やかな一品に仕上げています。
　また、アンデスメロンとクインシーメロンという二種のメロンを贅沢に使用したタルトは、それぞれ異なる香りと甘みを生かし、グリーンティーのほのかな苦みと組み合わせることで、新しい味わいのハーモニーを生み出しました。みずみずしい果実をふんだんにあしらったその姿は、目にも華やかで、まさに“彩りが語る”一皿です。

　Park Hotel Tokyo (Operated by Shiba Park Hotel Co., Ltd.; Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Noriyoshi Tanaka) is pleased to present its summer-limited afternoon tea, “Art Colours Afternoon Tea - A Small Afternoon Gallery Where Colors Tell Stories,” served at ART colours Dining on the 25th floor.

　This seasonal afternoon tea highlights fruits at the peak of summer, such as melon and mango, expressing both their fresh flavors and vibrant colors.
　Guests can enjoy a relaxing afternoon surrounded by art, savoring sweets and savory items infused with the creativity and craftsmanship of the hotel’s pastry chefs.
　As a new addition to the menu, canele has been introduced to this afternoon tea.
Through repeated experimentation with baking techniques, the pastry achieves its characteristic contrast-crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
Paired with a refreshing citron cream, it becomes a light and summery creation.
　Another highlight is a tart featuring two varieties of melon-Andes melon and Quincy melon.
Each brings its own distinct aroma and sweetness, which are complemented by the subtle bitterness of green tea, creating a new harmony of flavors.
　Generously adorned with fresh fruits, its appearance is as visually striking as it is flavorful-truly a dish where “colors tell their story.”
　Overlooking the Tokyo skyline, guests are invited to engage with each dish as if viewing a piece of art.
　This afternoon tea, infused with the unique sensibility of Park Hotel Tokyo, gently adds elegance to a summer afternoon.
