Kelly: James, can I talk to you about something?
James: Sure, go ahead.
Kelly: I'm worried about all the projects this department is taking on. The work is building up faster than we can finish it.
James: I know, Kelly. We're just going to have to work hard for the next few weeks.
Kelly: We're all working around the clock. I think some of the team members are getting burned out.
James: This is a busy month, but things will get better after that. I'll be hiring some extra staff, and reducing the department's workload.

Kelly: James、ちょっと話してもいい？
James: もちろん、どうぞ。
Kelly: この部署が抱えているすべてのプロジェクトを心配しているの。仕事の量が増えてしまって、追いつかないのよ。
James: 分かるよ、Kelly。この2、3週間は、一生懸命働かないといけないな。
Kelly: 私たち、1日中働いているわよ。チームの中には疲れきってる人もいるわ。
James: 今月は忙しい月なんだ、でも今月が終わればよくなるよ。スタッフを追加して、部署の仕事量を減らすようにするから。
